Former San Antonio Texas Mayor Henry Cisneros will lead a city business and civic leader delegation on a five-day trip to Monterrey, Mexico, and Mexico City on Dec. 1-5 aimed at strengthening the Alamo City's business ties to Mexico. The trip, which will include a gala/fashion show dinner in each Mexican city, is being organized by five city departments with the support of at least four business organizations. Department stores at San Antonio's La Cantera shopping mall will stage the fashion show evening galas at Monterrey's Parque Fundidora on Dec. 2 and Mexico City's Museo de Arte Popular. The cost to participate in the trip is estimated at $1,550 per person. People interested in participating should contact the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
